Account Holder Rights
Your rights and responsibilities if you owe money
You are legally responsible for paying your debts when they are due, and you should not deliberately try to avoid your obligations. If you are experiencing financial hardship you should contact us as soon as you can so we can work with you to find an appropriate solution. We also recommend that you get the assistance of a community-based financial counsellor, solicitor or other qualified adviser who may be able to help you with your finances.
We deal with everyone fairly and honestly
One of our key values as a company is to behave with honesty and integrity. That means we treat all customers fairly, with respect and courtesy, and will not unduly harass or coerce you about debts owed.
