Develop your collections career
 
As a collections officer, your main purpose is to advise debtors on their contractual obligations to our client and to find ways to recover the debt successfully. You need to be smart, resourceful, a good communicator and sensitive to the needs of the people you are talking to.

In partnership with the Australian College of Commerce and Management and ETITO in NZ, we offer you the opportunity to gain nationally accredited qualifications – a Certificate III in Financial Services (Mercantile Agents) in Australia and a National Certificate in Contact Centre Operations (Level 3) in NZ. In Australia, Collectors will also need to meet CAPI legislation for collection operator licences.
